trouble with Vibrato in Lake of Fire

Unread post by barcode » Fri May 16, 2003 6:47 pm

I'm using this tab (http://www.guitartabs.cc/fetchurl.php?f ... f_fire.tab) cause i listened to the Nirvana Unplugged show and the other tabs that start out with a G barre chord just didn't sound right and this one did)...the only problem is the parts that are supposed to be played "vibrato"...i don't even know what that is and i certainly can't get it to sound right (listen to the unplugged recording and try and make it sound like Kurt)...if anyone has some insight for me it would be much appreciated :?

Hey man, vibrato is when you kind of press on the strings and wiggle your wrist and hand back and forth on the fret...I'm pretty sure. Anyway, I hope that helps you.
