white stripes?

what do you think about this gig?

I saw them on Conan and thought they were cool. The beat and guitar only is tight.

yeah i just got their cd today and i kinda liked it
i mean lets face it... they (at least the drummer) suck... but i still like their music.. it for some reason reminded me of the rolling stones

the dude can really wail on guitar, but he seems to hold back. they know what they need in their songs, and thats what they give. i dont listen to them as much as i should, but i think they have wonderful talent.
they'll be a band that people will remember in 20 years, debating if its genius.

to be quite honest.. i really can't stand the white stripes..

just me.

But this whole "new wave" of rock.. i dunno, i just don't seem to like any of it...

the only newer artist worth listening to IMO opinion is Mraz, but that studio band they slapped on him really fucks up his sound.

Love his live stuff.. that stuff's incredible.

waiting for my rocket to come has some highs, but also a lot of lows (i.e. you and i both was so frickin' disappointing).

okay i thew this off topic.

but yeah, i just can't stand jack's vocals, and really don't care for the bass-less setup...

man im lovin that new cd they came out with a bit back, elephant, i think, all that stuff gets stuck in your head like crazy, and all the new stuff they added, like some bass(lol) for example, i like em alot, cant say much for the rest of the (the) bands though
