any respect he gains for his guitar playing ability is instantly lost the moment he puts that hat on in the morning. Actually, I'm guessing he sleeps with it on by just tilting it over his eyes.MWR wrote:As cheesy and "freaky" as he is, Segovia trained and endorsed him so he gets my respect. He can certainly play any of us under the table.

~ And rain washed away all her tears and I smiled done away was the sum of all my fears ~
The hat is pretty bad. The worst part of it is that he grew up in Pittsburgh or Detroit or something.winglet82 wrote:any respect he gains for his guitar playing ability is instantly lost the moment he puts that hat on in the morning. It's a creepy guy that dresses kind of like Zorro and plays classical style guitar on QVC and the Home Shopping Network and sells crappy $100 guitars that are worth about $2.Ranting Thespian wrote:I have a TV and I have never seen the infomercial or heard of it, so can someone just tell me?mdel21 wrote:get a TV ranting and watch infomercials

The guys guitars may suck, but he's just trying to make a buck. I can't be one to disrespect him, because he trained for several years under Andres Segovia, a respected classical guitar master who opened the instrument up to the world way back before Hendrix did. He plays pretty friggin' good, if I say so myself, so i'll be the black sheep and say that I like 'em!

I think the guy in the first review has some credibility, given that he has a FENDER STRATOCASTER VINTAGE from the 1880's....

About that commercial
Like 2 years ago when I was getting into playin instruments. I told my friend I was going to get a violin. He said "violins are for girls, get a guitar man", I was like "I'll think about it". Well from that time on until I got my guitar thats the only infomercial that I would see. I was just freaky, so I took it as a sign and got my first guitar (not from esteban). So I just have to say thanks esteban for being used as a catalyst for me to become the player I am today. I know guys kinda spazzy but whatever
