Jack Johnson is cool when you're high.
and cool when you're not.

Jack Johnson is hands down my most influential musician to date. His lyrics are just amazing, it's a wonder how he does it. I write my own music and attempt to base it on what he does. His music has given me a whole new perspective of the world and to live my life the best I can.

i agree, his lyrics are genius, he must smoke a lot of pot and is just real creative with his words. i admire him greatly for the ability to make simple chords plus awesome lyrics into increddible songs.

The hardest part of his songs has to be the strum/mute patterns. I am a huge Jack fan!!! I can relate to his lyrics much more readily than I can relate to Dave's dark stuff.
If your friend is already dead, and being eaten by vultures, I think it's okay to feed some bits of your friend to one of the vultures, to teach him to do some tricks. But ONLY if you're serious about adopting the vulture.
