Ben Harper's slide solo

Unread post by frigginrock01 » Fri May 07, 2004 10:14 am

Hey i was just wondering if anyone has ever tabbed out Ben Harper's solo on Flake by Jack Johnson. My band is playing this song and i think it would be sweet to bust out with a huge slide solo at the end.

I know it was tabbed out in Guitar World Acoustic about a year and a half ago.

All I know is that the guitar is tuned to E.

Sorry I can't be of more help

Even if he did have a Weissenborn it probably wouldn't sound like Ben :D --jk
My buddy plays a decent slide & he can improvise that solo pretty well w/ a regular guitar in standard tuning. I don't know where a tab would be for it though, but you could download the vid off of Kazaa & try to to get a decent idea of what he's doin'.
