Tim Reynolds Radio City Effects?? What are they?????

I want to get that same sound he does when he makes that violin/synthesizer sound. Im pretty sure its a volume pedal, a delay pedal,and a wah pedal. but which ones???? and what settings to I put on the specific pedals.
