Okay, so let's go by the notes of the chord.

C, F, A, B, E

If we name it in the key of C, we have the root (C), the 4th (F), the 6th (G), the seventh (B), and the third (E).

The easiest way to name this one is to call it something like Cmajor13, no 5. The 6th can be renamed the 13th.

it depends on the chord progression, but it can be a Fmaj7 #11 (or Fmaj7 b12)
C (5th), F (root), A (maj 3rd), B (#11th\b12th), E (7th)

This Fmaj7#11. For a fuller sound I would put the F in the bass:
