nate wrote:thanks for the offer but it is unneeded now. My guitar teacher and I are in the process of working this song as well as several other colin hay songs out. Most of the songs off his Going Somewhere cd. I believe the solo is all in the B minor pentatonic (for the most part). Also I don't believe it is in double drop D. At least i think it sounds fine in standard. Thanks again.
Thats cool... But theres a diff between "Fine" and matching what he does.
Not only does my version fit the record, if you watch the scrubs episode he is in ... The blues riff he plays before breaking into the song is a dead give away that is the double D drop tune.
Have fun.

LOL.. Well believe as you like... Its clear its a odd tune.. even if I was not ear trained since I was 11... All I had to do was watch the scrubs part over and over... Its an alternate tune... If you enjoy it the way you play it...No need to change... I prefer when playing some one elses music to do it like they do...
Peace!

yeah it was.
This song played acoustic is MUCH better than the Men at Work version. Soooo goot
Give a woman an inch and she'll take a foot. Give a woman a foot and she'll moan like a whore
A pair of Kings beats a pair of Queens because men are better than women
