Site's Back Up...Big News

Well, the site is finally back up and working. It seemed like AGES that it was down but everything has been worked out. Thankfully no data was compromised and everything is still in order.

Now onto the important stuff: Updates/DVD Info. I will be updating the site very, very soon. I know I promised it like a month ago but things got realy hectic. I shouldn't even have really updated the layout as I was still taking finals but basically I needed a break. I bite off more than I could handle and needed to relax. I had school, relaxing, and now work. I will now fully be able to update the site now in my free time. Please forgive me for the delay in updates....I feel terrible and will make it up to you all, I PROMISE.

Now comes the most anticipated news item of all: DMBTABS.COM INSTRUCTIONAL DVD. I have been in contact with a member from the DMB Legal Team. We have been working on getting the me permission to use the necessary DMB licenses on the DVD. I have created a Pre-Production DVD that has almost all the features of the final DVD. I am sending it to this paralegal to give an example of the type of quality product I will be offering. This DVD has 2 different camera angles and all the perks of the DVD Medium. It really is amazing. Anyway, I have set up a webpage about the DVD which can be found at http://www.dmbtabs.com/dvd/ . I will also be posting regular updates as to how completed the DVD is, once I get the necessary approval and can start production. Anyway. Enjoy everyone and I'm sorry about the downtime.....PEACE

It's a video put out by Curt Mitchell call "Guitar Method In the Style of Dave Matthews Band" or somethign like that. The guy is disguisting and it is a terrible video. Songs aer NOTHING like they should be....

I can't believe you have made this video. That's amazing, I play nothing but Dave's music and me and my Chet Atkins spend about 4 or 5 hour a day together and still can't get a few songs down. Maybe this dvd will be the answer. Let me know when it is available, I would love to get it first thing. You are a master at Tab and music in general. Good work J Kanter. I recently stumbled onto this site while looking for DMB tabs. AWESOME WORK! I'm stoked to have found it, and it's right at the top of my Favorites list.

You ain't kidding when you said playing Dave Matthew's songs isn't easy. Struggle street for sure. I'll I've mustard so far is "Typical Situation" and the guitar solo of "I'll Back You Up". But I'm not giving up.

Keep the tabs (and videos) coming. I'm keen for the DVD if ... err... WHEN it comes out. :wink:
