Actually, Baritone and Raised B are two entirely different tunings, and he does not use a baritone guitar for Raised B songs (YNK, SoL, among others). He uses a Taylor 714ce strung for Raised B to play those songs, not a baritone guitar (you would pop a lot MORE strings trying to tune to Raised B on a baritone guitar). This site has instructions on how to set up a Raised B guitar, and it also has a standard tuning tab, so users can choose which route they would like to take.
