Help with Warehouse
I'm not sure why so many people have been posting topics on the Warehouse club lately in this forum, but I actually have a question regarding guitar playing. Can anyone give me some tips on how to play Warehouse better? I always seem to hit a bunch of extra notes when I play it.
When Jesus Christ was nailed to his tree
Said "oh, Daddy-o I can see how it all soon will be
I came to shed a little light on this darkening scene
Instead I fear I spill the blood of my children all around"

Thanks, and sorry for not searching first, but I probably would have gotten 5000 results with all the people asking about if they should join the Warehouse and is it worth the money.

Oh, and another question: according to the stop time version in kanter's tabs, he only plays the first two notes, but it sounds like to me that he plays the first three. Can it be done either way?

Ok, I've been working on this for awhile and have gotten the first few notes fine but am still struggling to mute some of the strings. This is the part that I'm still having trouble on:
E:------------------
B:--x-x-x--x-x-x-
G:--7-x-x--x-x-x-
D:----9-x--x-x-x-
A:------10-x-x-x-
E:----------x-x-x-
Should I go ahead and put my fingers in all of these places as soon as I'm through with the part right before this? Because that's not really working out for me. Any suggestions?
E:------------------
B:--x-x-x--x-x-x-
G:--7-x-x--x-x-x-
D:----9-x--x-x-x-
A:------10-x-x-x-
E:----------x-x-x-
Should I go ahead and put my fingers in all of these places as soon as I'm through with the part right before this? Because that's not really working out for me. Any suggestions?

I have my middle finger streched all the way across muting everything with my index finger hitting the 7, ring finger hitting the 9 and pinky hitting the 10 all one at a time.unccharlotte07 wrote:Ok, I've been working on this for awhile and have gotten the first few notes fine but am still struggling to mute some of the strings. That's because if you've ever watched the central park concert he plays the one with two notes twice, then after that he goes to the one with the three notes a few timesunccharlotte07 wrote:Oh, and another question: according to the stop time version in kanter's tabs, he only plays the first two notes, but it sounds like to me that he plays the first three.
