So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I took a quick stab at it. It's very very close. I'm not sure if dave tunes the low B to something else, perhaps an A. There is a mystery note I just couldn't put my fingers on when tuned to standard Raised B tuning. Oh well. Enjoy.

This is not in raised B tuning. Second chord of the chorus/bridge clearly features an F# on the second fret. Pretty sure it's capo 2. I'll post what I have in a moment.

The only thing I'm really unsure about is the F# (minor) in the bridge. I don't hear an A note on the G string though I do hear a higher C# note at times, though it doesn't seem to ring out like an open string would, so I'm thinking he might just be playing the chord I tabbed which uses the index finger to barre the 2nd fret on the A and D strings while keeping the pinky from the previous chord on the G string for the C# note. Though it just as likely is a standard E mi shape with the G string either muted or not picked and the C# occasionally brushed as an open string. Also, use the same finger to do that first slide to 4 on the D string, though bear in mind that both notes are picked individually, you just slide into the second after picking it.
