Snow Outside Guitar Tab - Draft by Nate Karcher

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Snow Outside Guitar Tab - Draft by Nate Karcher

Unread post by nkarcher88 » Sat Sep 08, 2012 8:47 pm

Artist: Dave Matthews Band – “Snow Outside”
Album: Away From the World
Tuning: Standard

Note: Didn’t see any tabs for this song on Dave’s new album (that has yet to be released, officially). I picked up my Taylor and found this riff for the into and
verse… Whoever else can join in and give me feedback, all is welcome. It’s close, but not exact… Spread the word if you think there’s a word to spread!

Snow Outside – Dave Matthews Band

Intro/Verse

e--------------------------------------------|
b--------------------------------------------|
g—h2p0-------------------------------------|
d-------3--2------0---------0----(0)-------|
a---------------5---5-----3---3-------------|
D--------------------------------------------|

(I like to add a little beat tap in there at the end of each of riff)

Here's what I got:

e--------------------------------------------|
b--------------------------------------------|
g--4h2p0-----0----0------0------0------------|
d---------2-----3-----0------5---------------|
a--------------------------------------------|
E--------------------------------------------|

The 5 on the d string is the same as open g but sounds better then hitting the open g three times
