how do I read this tab?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

how do I read this tab?

My question is about the 5/7 portion. Am I supposed to sllide from 5 to 7?
Obviously I am new at this.

after I slide from 5 to 7 do I strum/pluck the 7 before continuing?

sliding from 3/5 to 5/7 is all on the same (1) strum
