I don't know why but I just don't like it like he plays it. Especially the first two of those chords sound kind of weird to me. I don't know how I should explain it. Maybe they don't give enough power into the song...

I just like it better that way. Tell me what you think of that

i go 3xx4 a couple strokes and then 3xx5 two down stokes then 3xx4 a couple stokes and then 5xx5 a few more strokes then i do the x355 and x244. listen to farmaid video of crush and you will hear that this is how he does it.

i've just watched ite.
I rather believe that when he plays the 4xx3 he's doing something on the B-string, looks like hammer, pull of, hammer,... and so on. But not sure bout that.
And then he plays the 5xx5 and so on.

But I still don't like it to play that way...

my philosophy is play it how you like to play it and how it sounds good to you. most people wouldn't know or care anyway. there are a lot of things i play that aren't exactly like the way dave does it.
