Does this happen to anyone else??????????
So im in my car yesterday listening to Ants off Luther and the ending comes around where Tim does his god-like soloing and it just gives me the goosebumps everytime I here it. I think this is one of the greatest music moments ever caught on tape, you can just feel the crowd about to erupt in an explosion of cheers. This may be my favorite DM moment, I dont know. I was wondering if anyone else ever got goosebumps from possibly this song or any of Daves other songs. I guess you could call this a favorite Dave and Tim moment thread. Peace

nancies on red rocks has one of my favorite boyd moments, during the jam...sure he's just slowly going up the scale, but the buildup is just so intense, and it just gets you going and up and out there with them, and then when they finally break off it's just sheer happiness. i grin every damn time i hear it.

thats the cool thing about music, you don't really have to do anything really really hard to make people get tha bumps.isaac wrote:nancies on red rocks has one of my favorite boyd moments, during the jam...sure he's just slowly going up the scale, but the buildup is just so intense, and it just gets you going and up and out there with them, and then when they finally break off it's just sheer happiness. i grin every damn time i hear it.

I get goosebumps whenever I hear the part in Warehouse/L@LC when dave first starts wailing during the passion intro. Also when Dave starts strumming the Aadd9 really loud during Say Goodbye. The pennywhistle solo during The dreaming tree. The second verse of Maybe I'm amazed by Paul McCartney when he does muted strums on his rhythm guitar, I always shed a tear or two. During Let it Be when Ringo does that thingy on the tenor drums during the last verse.
Katmandu by Cat Stevens when he plays the guitar and glockenshpeil together.
