Stay Transition

Stay Transition

I'm not sure if this is just me, but i cant get it to sound right. the first 4 or 5 notes of the transition dont seem to give me the sound i'm looking for. am i just crazy?

the band fills in so much on this part, it took me a while to hear the lower notes Dave is playing...

i play it this way, sounds pretty good w/ D&T version...

the part that doesnt sound right to me is the 8,7 8,7 hits. right after that first 6 on the Low e. i cant hear that in the song... maybe just some more listening!
