Quick OSW Question
i just downloaded the Farm-Aid OSW and it looks to me like dave plays the first intro chord 8x108 and not 8xx8. it was pretty obvious to me, anyone else agree?

It looks like he plays 8x98 or 8x108. i am at work and just watched it again before I gave my reply. You are right! The reason I said 8x98 is because as he playes this song his pinky is next to almost attached to his ring finger and I can't tell if he is holding down the 9 or 10 fret. What got me when I watched was that he strums the verse. I used to pick through it.
Good eyes.

8x108-- is more or less the same as -3x45-, but the latter sounds better because it rings out more. Both times in the song when it is played it is supposed to do that.

this also bring up the question on the "take all that we can get" part...
is the first and 3rd chord 8-x-10-8? or just 8-x-x-8?
also what about the 4th chord? is it 10-x-12-10? or just 10-x-x-10?
Dave never ceases to amaze me because there is always "SOMETHING" else that just isn't quite right when you play his songs...
