Can anyone tell me what the hell those squiggly lines are supposed to mean......they are after the 8th fret, low E string in the Tripping Billies tab verse????

it most likely means either let it ring, or vibrato.

pretty much, just hold that note while you slide from 4/5 on the g string or whatever. dont take your finger off, thats what makes it hard.
