Hey guys im just trying to figure out what chords dave is playing at one particular spot in this version of Watchtower. Im guessing they are some forms of F and G?? idk though any help?

starts at 3m09 .. the very fast strumming after a few seconds 03m14s.. I am stilla beginner.. Any tips on how to pratice this kind of strumming ?? it sounds really cool..
