Those of you who know me, know that I play guitar and I own the JJB. I am about to buy the HD-28V, the guitar he plays 90% of the time w tim. (he uses the dm3md in only drop d) Anyways, is that HD-28 the guitar he uses for you never know full band and sister? Anyone own this guitar? Any great useful information in any way would be great for me, PM's would be greatly apprecaited or a reply in this thread....

I've played them and they're great! The sound is very rich and full, great tone. If you can, get a golden era if you have the cash, the best acoustic guitar i have ever played.

Way to come off as pretentious, guy. How would any of us known that?

And Danny Whitten or Poncho? Simple question.

My bad, I just thought that you though I may have come off as someone who simply idolizes Dave and will freakishly do anything he does when infact I am a musician. Just didn't want to be associated w that group of people...sorry if i came off strong, i apologize and appreciate everyones input

Production value on new Martins has been going down in the last year. I suggest looking for a 2005 or older for sure.
