What's that sound on the BOWA version of Stay(Wasting Time)?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

What's that sound on the BOWA version of Stay(Wasting Time)?

At the 5:43 mark on the BOWA version of Stay (Wasting Time) and lasting about 3 seconds, there's a sound in the background that I can only describe as a pacman-like sound. Anyone know what it is?
