Hey, I finally got a hold of the Run While You Can sound check from Vegas this past March. I figured I'd post it. I'm looking for better quality then this, but it's better then anything we've had before.
I think it's good enough that someone with a good ear might be able to tab something. I didn't transcribe the lyrics.

I have a feeling you've just made some enemies. 
For those that need clarification, this is a song (tentatively titled "Run While We Can") that was soundchecked in Vegas in March like he said. Somebody was able to sneak in when the band was doing a soundcheck and took a cell phone video of the performance and passed it around to a few people, but said that they didn't want it in wide circulation yet (so that's why this guy is probably going to catch some shit from at least a few people). For what it's worth, I like the song. It took me a while to get into it because it's kind of a new/different sound for DMB, but overall I like the tune.

Ya I was not one of the people who got this from person to person. Someone got ballsy on Ants and ripped the audio from the video, and posted it. So I figured it was only a matter of time till it's spread all over.
Since I'm guessing you have the video. Is the quality of the audio the same as this rip? Can you see what Dave is playing on the video?

No, the video is really bad, and was taken far away from the stage. As for the song, I think its ok actually. Sounds like mid 90's R&B, very very strange for the band obviously, but I kinda dig it.

Just FYI
I heard a song soundchecked last year at West Palm in florida. Nice groovy little number. Im pretty sure this was the song. I guess theyve had this one for a while. I think its got a nice melody. Hopefully it will show up on an album.
