Smooth Rider -- Acoustic Help (Video Included)

I've never seen a tab for Smooth Rider the way Dave plays it on acoustic. I'm not good at figuring out tabs. Two seperate times though the camera guy zooms in on just Dave and you get a good look at what he's doing.

I'm trying to figure it out. If I do I'll tab it myself for other people to use. I can't even tell if he's in Drop D or not though (to give it a similar sound to the baritone)
