Anyone want to play Dave and Tim Live (I need Tim)

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Anyone want to play Dave and Tim Live (I need Tim)

Unread post by ajimithing » Wed Sep 27, 2006 4:43 pm

Looking to put together a Dave and Tim tribute. I do have backing and representation from a major national college agency, so there should be some good money in this project.

Not sure how much we will be gigging, but these are things to discuss...just seeing who out there can pull off the Tim role, and if anyone is interested in travelling some and playing some live shows.

If I can find someone that close to playing Carter, I am holding onto hope that there is someone out there that can play Tim stuff as good.

being tim is a full time job...he knows intimately the structure of each song its seems, which is a lot of work and alot of memorization. props to anyone who can do that and has a life outside of playing guitar

Sad is the only weak part of the band is the guy singing, it's just not good. I wish I had that band lol.

If you're serious man than contact me via PM, my guitarist is pretty damn good with the Timmy licks and parts, deriving most of his Timmy material from LLC
