So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Effects on Daves Mic from L@LC

Unread post by two steps too many » Thu May 22, 2003 2:50 pm

Wharehouse, the begining, when he is fucking around with his voice, sounds like he has reverb or echo/delay on the mic line. I could see him also playing around with one of those directional mics, like moving in and out of the field of pick up, while singing, but i've tried that and it doesn't sound anything like that recording.

Any other opinions?

i always felt like i could recreate that intro with my own voice...and the echo in the auditorium..

no seriously though..i use that intro all the time when playing out and it gets the crowd goin'..so maybe i get it to sound like it...
