True, probably doubtful, but I'd be the first to buy it if they made them.

I always thought it would be cool if they made one since he has always used the 914 in concerts. But then again it got me thinking of what would be special about it? Maybe just take a 914c and stick the fishman matrix in it, have Dave sign the inside and call it limited.... naw. I'm guessing the only reason Dave uses a Taylor is because they are alot easier to play then Martins an that will be better for live purposes, he's more of a martin guy it seems. But I don't know, you never know, it would be cool if they did, I would be interested to see how them make it unique.

Dave and Tim, studio, Dave and Friends = Martin
DMB live = Taylor

Dave wants to higher end of the Taylor to cut through the band. The Martin gets droned out a good bit.

I am pretty sure that just about every time in the past few years that "DMB" has been out promoting a new record on T.V. (Letterman, Leno, Conan, etc.) Dave has played the Taylor when an acoustic was required....

they would be less limited though, the point of a limited edition is to produce a small amount, keeps the value high

A signature is doubtful but for some reason I thought he was actually going to use the T5. Seems like it would fit his style and is very versatile. Plus the fact he used it in the AB video, even though that means nothing.
My rarity index: 32.07

Again, read what I posted. He also played the DM3MD when Dave and Friends was on SNL.
