New DMB Road Crew Webpage

The hard working Dave Matthews Band crew have found some time from supporting the band to update their On The Road webpage. The Roadpage and crew are most known for the live setlist feature that they started in 2001. The new site currently is cosmetic for the most part with updated info on equipment used on the 2005 Summer Tour (with 'Numerous Microbreweries, Pabst, and Coors' added to the Audio Gear list). The newest feature is a tech question submission form. There can ask your 'toughest' tech/gear related questions. The crew will pick the 'best questions' and post them. The website promises more updates in the future. The last time the page was updated was in 2002.

AM.org is looking to compile everyones questions and DMB Road Crew answers so they can be shared (and the Crew doesn't have to keep answering the same ones). If you email a question and get a responce email it to us at staff@antsmarching.org.

Jonathan's Question: I am really excited about the new page. Your techincal gear list is great. I am planning to get into to professional sound and this feature will be used a lot. I have an easy question to start with. To Monk: What is the model and gauge of the D'Addario strings Dave uses? And, if i can ask a second question: What are the gauges of Stefan's strings? Thanks for your time in answering these questions.
DMB Road Crew Answer: Thanks for the kind words. Dave plays primarily on D'Addario strings. Model EXP17. Gauges 56, .45, .35, .26, .17, .13 respectively. Stefan's strings are 125 through 45 in gauge.
