Singing While Playing- Special Talent?
Does Dave have a particularly special talent of being able to keep perfect rhythm while singing? It seems like he is dubbing in vocals for his songs it's so perfect. Can most rhythm guitarists out there sing and play at the same time with even complex stuff, or does Dave stand out compared to the rest? Also, what is the hardest song to sing and play at the same time perfectly? Granny seems hard but I don't know for sure, just a guess.

Typical Situation is tough to sing and play at the same time for the verse cause you have to really concentrate while strum-picking.
The Stone is tough to sing and play cause its in 6/8 timing.
Other than that its not hard. If you play along with the song and know what to say at certain tell tale notes you should be fine.
also, don't complain you can't sing and play a song unless you have the song mastered perfectly and still can't do it. You can't expect to be able to sing a play a song when you have to think about what you're playing
As for does dave has special talent..answer yes.
peace my friend

"Sing and Dance I'll play for you tonight, for the thrill of it all...Dark clouds may hang on me sometimes, but I'll work it out"
