"Angel" video

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I have the solo version of this song where he says "this is the first time for this one, so you cant be mad if i screw it up" or something like that. IT was helpful to me. But I still dont have the whole song down. Its a tricky one for sure. Id love to see a vid from pat or kanter

pretty much the timing on the whole song.

Code: Select all

"When your not here"
E:-----------------------------------
B:------------------------9----7--5-- <---3on5
G:----------0h1---1------------------
D:-4-----1--------2----/9----7----5-- <---2on5
A:-x--------------2------------------
E:-2--------------0------------------
          1 (2) (2) 3 2 3

"Why do I cry..."
E:--------------------------------------------
B:-----------------------------------------8--
G:-6----8--10--------6----8--10-------1----8--
D:-6----6--8----4----6----6--8----4---2----x--
A:-4----6--8----4----4----6--8----4---2----6--
E:--------------2-----------------2---0-------
which is weird because i never ususally have this kind of problem :(

i love playing dave songs but all the alternate tuned songs, i've never really checked them out. I can play the raised B songs with a capo but all the baritone songs are lost causes to me. Really good songs, but i don't have the time(or guitars) to learn them.
