Standard YNK tab seems off
Standard YNK tab seems off
does any else think the section for the "all fall down" part of the song seems off on the standard tab?

Wow, I can't imagine how you get off saying shit like that. You were an asshole to the kid just looking for some help. I'm not trying to be a dick to him, I'm just explaining why it doesn't sound right. And it's not Kanter's fault, don't know where you pulled that from. I know it's his tab, but I'm not saying shit about him, just don't respond to my posts if you're going to a jerk.i like tictacs wrote:dont be such a dick to kanter. god you are such an asshole sometimesKukini wrote:It's because it's in standard, it sounds like shit and you're missing the high b so...

Calm down guys. No one is being a dick to me by saying that a tab sounds off. For You Never Know it does sound off on that part but as somoene said above...there's no high B. Either way, don't turn this thread into a "I TOLD YOU SO" thing now.
Sorry it can't sound more accurate but the truth of the matter is that moving the chords around for the song when it's so high up on the fretboard def loses something in the translation

Just play what the raised B tab has, but same position as the Capo'd version. So basically, you are just moving the root note. If that doesnt help I can give a tab. Have you looked at the video? My explination will make a little more sense if you watched that.

That's a good idea, I'll try it some time. Well thought.Beauford33 wrote: Just play what the raised B tab has, but same position as the Capo'd version.
