The song Stand up... ugh, how the heck do I play it in tempo? It's ridiculously fast. Is it strummed, or picked or what. It's mind boggling for me.

ok well i just posted this in gdmb under the Busted Stuff topic...but it might go better here....

anyone notice that the riff of this song, Stand Up, sounds remarkably similar to stefans little higher part at the beginning of the jam in Recently on R2T?
