your second part sounds better but the first part is off.

hey.. thanks to both of ya ... i have been listenin to this song a lot since i got it, and well.. i suck at listening for tabs... ya know? now i can .. sing along (sorry for the pun) and play too... its a pretty sweet song

the second tab is right although i think it sounds better without the major 3rd in there, try it just as a power 5th chord. i dont think there is any guitar on this song, besides bass guitar, and the bass is deffinitely Bb, F, Bb, F, like you have, and then F# G# on the end of the chorus.
