i think he means when everyone cuts out and its just dave....which i think, though i dont know cuz ive never learned this song and play bass, is the same chords as the rest of watchtower

I am just guessing but does it start somewhere around the 3:05 mark???
if so it is just the same Am G F chords as the rest of the song with the strumming pattern mixed up a little bit...

He basically goes to a C and D chords, instead of repeating the G and F chords.

play the Am, G, F than slide with your index finger on the sixth string to the 12th fret and then back down and then play a basic c chord and slide it up two frets higher. I would tab it out but im not quite sure on how to write it but im pretty sure thats right at least thats what i got by ear
