Making progress...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I thought it was real easy, but maybe it's because I just learned it and have been playing for awhile. Might be tough for newer person. Some people pick up some songs that other people have a tough time with. Still can't play Billies verse right.

I think the main riff of Stay is tough to play perfectly over and over again. I've been playing dmb for about 8 years and that is one that I've never been super comfortable with. Congrats for having it down after only a month.

Try Typical Situation and Everyday - both good ones that are easy.

Yes. I guess my trouble lies in the pinky movement/sliding and playing the two strings cleanly while perfectly muting the rest. Don't get me wrong, I can play it "okay" - but I wouldn't necessarily break it out in front of a crowd to try and impress anyone.

pay for what u get isnt too hard if u can get the slapping down b/t chords, also i thought song that jane likes wasnt bad b/c its basic chords altho the rythym might be a little bit tricky if you are a beginner.

I used to think highly of you, being as smart as you are and stuff, but thanks for proving me wrong.

I see what you're saying, if you need a clip or something, let me know.
