alright, here are the questions. go nuts

.Surely Dave Matthews is a talented and accomplished musician. Why do you think he has not received as much attention from mainstream media outlets such as MTV and VH1?
.Dave Matthews’ music has a distinct sound and feel to it, which makes the band’s music impossible to set aside in one specific genre. How does this conglomeration of musical styles succeed in the Dave Matthews Band?
.Why is their music so well liked? What is the main appeal?
.Dave Matthews Band is so often compared to Phish, Grateful Dead, and other “jam bands.” How do you think Dave Matthews compares to these bands? How does Dave compare to mainstream pop bands?
.Rolling Stone magazine has recently come out with the Top 500 Songs of All Time, and the Top 500 Albums of all time. No Dave Matthews’s songs or albums were on either of these lists. What do you have to say about that?
.Dave Matthews has released more live albums than he has studio albums. How do you feel about this, and what do you think this does to the band’s reputation?
.As far as music theory is concerned, how is Dave as a songwriter and guitarist?
.What is your favorite Dave Matthews song and why?
.Do you think that Dave Matthews has effected our generation in a cultural or musical way? Why or why not?
.Dave Matthews is known for live shows and the enormous crowds that flock to each and every concert. How do you think this affects the band?
.Do you think that the collaborations that Dave has had with Tim Reynolds have helped his pursuits with the Dave Matthews Band?
.What’s with Butch Taylor being a permanent special guest?
.What, in your opinion, is the one thing that other musicians envy about Dave Matthews?
.How long will the Dave Matthews Band last?
.Dave’s guitar playing style is very unique. Could you comment on it compared to more conventional styles of playing?
.Do you feel that Dave’s political views hinder or enhance his image and popularity?
