Lie in Our Graves long jam help

Unread post by JustAnotherAnt » Thu Dec 16, 2004 8:27 am

onn the site the long jam in Lie in Our Graves is slit up into 3 parts. Does anyone know exactly how many times each part is played. The notes are so close to each other and I am horrible at hearing stuff by ear so help would be appriciated.

I dont know about how it is on the cd exactly, but when played live there isnt a set pattern, just play it however youre feeling it, switch and end when you want.

And if you are soloing along with it, maybe add some of the notes from the Em scale when the high Em is hit. Maybe the third (G) or seventh (D) (Again, the Trey Anastasio lesson coming out. Damn I'm turning into a stoner. )
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
