lol like id ever buy a gibson that expensive. the pickups on my godin are better than any pickups gibson ever made so theres no way id spend $5000 on one. the fact that i dont like that bridge doesnt help that guitar either. a friend of mine has a carlo ribelli or whatever and it has that type of bridge. it never stays in tune. horrible bridge. if i wanted a gibson id go for a les paul or a thunderbird. thats all i have to say.

i have a les paul. got it in january, which is why i am not excited about replacing my acoustic right now...now $$$ left.

i try not to make it too obvious :lol: but once i saw the gothic les paul i wanted it. so i went to sam ash to try it out. what did i find? horrible fretwork. i dont want to be playing super extra holy crap theyre so big jumbo frets on an electric guitar. i also dont want to have a pickguard that spins because its not attached well to the guitar. the fact that whenever id rest my hand on the tremolo that it would for some reason shock me didnt help at all!!!!!! (sound could use some major work too)
