Methods of getting Raised B

Alright I know this was posted awhile ago, couldnt find it with search. What are some ways to get to raised b without harming your guitar. I read that its also a good idea to switch some of the strings. any help?

lol there it is, thanks. ive been doing just capo on 7 but im getting some like $25 mini guitar on musiciansfriend.com, so i figure i'll keep it in raised b, if it breaks oh well.
