Guitar question

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you knew what the guitar dave matthews uses in the Woodstock 99 performance? Its like a super thin acoustic, like a telacoustic or a stratacoustic or something. Its pretty cool, it sounds like an acoustic, but it looks electric. What is that? Thanks! :lol:
