reduce the resolution or you could change the format to a lower quality format.

you can use paint... lol. you can open up the picture, go to save as, and then choose what format you want to save it in. shrinking it is a bit more complicated.. i think you have to click on the dots on the centers of all 4 sides, but im not exactly sure.

when in paint, go to "image" on the toolbar, and then to "sketch/skew"..
it should have "horizontal" and "vertical" limits, each at 100%. If you change each horizontal and vertical stretch to 50%, it would reduce the size of the picture and the file size to 50%.

you can try having some other site host it, pittman knows more abuot this so if you have questions maybe you can talk to him, my pic finally got on here and when it did it didnt work a lot of the time, but, kanter helped me out and fixed it somehow,(thanks again), but, i would try asking someone who knows a bit more about how to have another site host the pic

the only alvarez gutiars i've played are the low end models... the sub $500 models and they did NOT strike me as good guitars in that price range. however i've never tried an upper end guitar, but as with anything when you get to the 1500+ range, why go with some off the wall brand when martin and taylor are right there... so good taht even dave himself uses them regularly =\

What would you say the best guitar in the 500 dollar range would be?? I just have a Peavy whatever the fuck it is that i got when i first started last year. It cost me under 200. Im clueless about all this technical stuff. I just know i want the cutaway and something i can plug it into. Im open to advice and pictures.

for $500 i dont know whats good.. i personally dont like ibanez acoustics... in fact there arent many acoustics i do like. im very picky. id say wait until you can get a taylor 300 model or a martin d16rgt like kanter. those are a little over $1000 i think and theyre great guitars.
