12 string dave songs

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

12 string dave songs

Unread post by Coldchillin » Wed Aug 18, 2004 3:25 pm

Seeing as I am almost the proud new owner of a 12-string, I was wondering what some good twelve string songs are to play, mostly dave. I know the usuals, (Spoon, JTR, Grey Street, Bartender, Big Eyed Fish, Sweet Up and Down, Kit Kat Jam and sometimes Last Stop and Raven), so please don't waste your time naming them. I wanted to know some other dave songs that sound pretty good on a 12 that necessarily arne't usually played on it. Maybe The Song That Jane Likes? I dunno, but other bands 12 stringers are welcome too, like Over the Hills and Far Away. Thanks for the help!

How the hell do you play those on a 12? They're mostly picking...

What model 12 string?

The Stone sounds badass on a 12 string.

I'm buying mine partially used from Snyder for $500. That $500 includes the case, strap, stand and two capos.
