Im trying to tune my guitar to play stay or leave, and oh. How do I tune it to raised B without using a tuner?

capo standard at the 7th fret would be a really easy way

well, without a tuner it's going to be rather difficult

you can find the ap guitar tuner online, that's as good as any tuner you can buy

I'm well aware he doesn't use a capo. You could have tried a search to find out how to tune to raised B. There are many threads discussing it, bro.

That's cuz Dave restrings the guitar. Check out JKanter's FAQs and you will see that I can be done, but you have to restring.

And yes...its the only way to play it on a standard tuned guitar...
