Did Dave use the Taylor in this CD/DVD?

Yep, he used his 914 6 string, and his W65 12 string, and his baritone :-)

Yeah, I didn't appreciate baritones all that much until I watched that. Amazing what he can do when you put just about any kind of guitar in his hands :-D
