Grace is Gone chords

first off, I know this isn't the "right" way to play Grace is Gone. I realize it's fingerpicked. But I was wondering if someone knows a way to play it that maybe a little easier where you just strum the chords instead of picking. If you could post the chords over the fingerpicked tabs that would be great. thanks for your help in advance everyone.
