So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

This might be a dumb question but how do i form an F chord it looks confusing but i look at a tab of it and I cannot understand how to do it. You can aim me at Burtonboy624.
Thanks

You use your index finger and press down on every string on the first fret, then you put your pinky on the D string on the third fret, your ring finger on the A string on the third fret, and your middle finger on the G string on the second fret.

It's easier said than done at first, but you use your index finger to barre all the strings on the first fret. So you'll lay your whole first finger down on the first fret and then use your middle finger on the 2 fret on the G string and then your ring finger on the 3 fret on the the A string and then you put your pinky 3 fret on the d string. Anyways I don't care, but this is more of a general guitar discussion post. Hope this helps, enjoy

you can bar an F or you can open chord an F.
Open Chord F is played with the index finger or #1 finger holding down the B and High e strings on the 1st fret and the middle finger or the #2 Holding the G string 2nd fret. The ring finger or #3 finger holds down the D string on the 3rd fret.
