I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...

In my opinion, and i'm not goingt reply back here cause i think this whole topic is a flame that should be on a DMB haters page, but if you'll notice that this whole topic started from that asshole gcom007. Now i don't know the guy but haven't you noticed his last oh, 5-7 posts have been direct dmb bashings. Its a wast of time to reply to his posts(look at me contradicting myself......gotta go now).

Listen man, I know he's been getting a bad rap lately(basically because he wanted to) but gcomm has been around here since the first day the site started. If you even take a look....he had the first post ever on the message board. He's an extremely knowledgable person(when it comes to musicdmfollower wrote:In my opinion, and i'm not goingt reply back here cause i think this whole topic is a flame that should be on a DMB haters page, but if you'll notice that this whole topic started from that asshole gcom007. I know you love bashing on people who don't read threads word by word and all that.....but come on man, you know that kind of reply isn't needed around here.gcomm007 wrote:Take a look at the date on this thread you presumptuous moron.

Thats true, i wondered what happened to gcom...I KNOW! i bet he's been brainwashed by John Mayer lovers/dmb haters!!!jkanter wrote:Listen man, I know he's been getting a bad rap lately(basically because he wanted to) but gcomm has been around here since the first day the site started. He is nothing what his previous posts make him seem. Yes, I know, those kinds of posts shouldn't be around here.....but what's stopping him from posting them and getting into a normal, civilized conversation(is that even possible?!?!?!)??? Nothing, if you don't agree...post your thoughts....but not the kind that says "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE YOU DMB HATING ASSHOLE." Real, Arguementative(sp?), thoughts

I've found that most john mayer fans like DMB, but I don't like either much right now. I think both are really throwing a lot of potential out the window. I'm hoping John is just waiting to release his new CD to really bust out which makes sense as he said he didn't want to play new songs until the album hit, although he's busted out a few...Granny33 wrote:Thats true, i wondered what happened to gcom...I KNOW! i bet he's been brainwashed by John Mayer lovers/dmb haters!!!jkanter wrote:Listen man, I know he's been getting a bad rap lately(basically because he wanted to) but gcomm has been around here since the first day the site started. lately I've been listening a lot to a lot of counting crows, clapton, this new guy jake armerding ( http://www.jakearmerding.com ), sting, nickel creek, toad the wet sprocket, glen phillips, james taylor (sunday!!!), and bleu...that's what's been hot for the last month or so for me.fatjack wrote:just out of curiosity... what do you like to listen to now?gcom007 wrote:I've found that most john mayer fans like DMB, but I don't like either much right now. sting/police, all the same to me. message in a boxed set has been hanging out a lot with me lately. it's tough for me to stomach some of the '80's sounds though, but the root music is phenominal...those guys are just great musicians and sting is a heck of a songwriter...I could do without copeland's arrangements...and gosh, every little thing she does is magic...goodnight...I'll cover that song at shows someday...so great!fatjack wrote:sting, eh? into the police perhaps?
