I don't think it's likely, although boyd is actively pursuing a solo career whereas no one else in the band is, he's the most likely to leave at this point then...his solo album I believe comes out this spring...

I watch the video of the chicago concert a lot the way the crowd reacts at 37:41 is just crazy (start of his liog solo). They way they freak as he walks up closer to the fans is insane also 39:08, so id say there a lot of people including myself, that disagree with you, to a certain extent. I doubt they were bored.
or some people just don't understand that he's only playing around 3 notes...

well, i wouldn't say that. dave has a solo tour coming up (according to reports) and the other band members have all been doing their own thing. while not coming out with their own albums, all of the band members have been working with other artists on projects.

a full fledged solo album is far more than anyone in the band has done so far, I'm aware of everything going on and that has been done, however I'm not overzealous over it, nothing should happen...for one thing, I doubt boyd has much of a solo career with his voice and the way he plays violin, so I'm not too worried

hahahahahahahahahaha, this was a bitter post after an argument with someone who was convinced boyd was the greatest violinist of all time...

It kind of annoys me when people are such dmb fans that they don't even admit the flaws of the band. I myself am a huge fan, but recognize all the flaws...convicting you of messing with the recording of boyd is idiotic...

that's exactly what I did, I dubbed crowd noise!

If you are so smart in music, why dont you post some mp3s of yourself playing? or are you gonna make up some bullshit excuse? I bet if Boyd saw what yall were posting, he wouldnt even blink an eye because he knows and his fans know he is fuckin amazing...stop being so fuckin"octane this, and tenor, bla bla bla" it sounds fuckin badass to the majority of people on these boards, and i think a lot of them are just as good if not better than ticohans music pro...you "seem" to know a lot of theory, but wheres you application?
