We're all missing one important fact......if someone came here and posted saying, "Hey, it's Dave Matthews. I just checked out the site and thought it was cool. See ya'll later" What are the chances ANYONE would believe him? Regardless of whether it was really him or not. All you guys would keep on saying is, "Why don't you post a 'cover' and that'll prove it" You all know that's true

well, you could tell kanter, because he'll probably have an email address at bamarags.com or someplace that doesn't give out accounts to anyone. Get suspicious when you get anyone registering from to address No_really,_I'm_Dave_Matthews@hotmail.com.

Oh, and in case the real dave is reading this:

(In a very high pitched girly shriek) "I love you Dave! AHHHHHEEHA!"

That should make him feel right at home.

if he did join the boards, i bet dave would come to talk guitars, if anything. if i was in that situation, i'd probably just check the place out & see what's up, & if it does justice to my work.
wouldn't it be wierd to go to a message board, with fans who are there soley to talk about you & how much they love you? i'd get the heebie-jeebies.
if he really did come, though, i'd take my chances on it really being him, and give my thanks. then i'd demand free tickets and cd's for my loyalty! (i kid, i kid)

Yea, I don't think he'd make it so obvious if he did check it out. Don't expect Hey I'm Dave Matthews to be his name, that is if he would even join.

I do admit it would be really nice if he told me what he thought of my new cover/originals that I'm gonna put up soon.....

i dont think dave would come here to chat about guitars, when your rich i dont think you'll be sitting there talking about your dream guitars (because you could buy whatever you want)

It is weird at first, but you get kind of used to it after a while.

If he saw this site, he'd probably just laugh his goofy, giggly-high little laugh (You can hear it after the DDTW story when he aborts spoon.) and tell his daughters: "Look what people are writing about daddy! teeheehee."
