overrated...and also, I don't think the word thing is a problem in reference to why this song is never played...I never, ever practice this song, like ever, and I could play it and sing it...I just think it was overproduced in the studio and they just can't fill it out well live because dave could certainly sing and play this song...it really isn't that hard...cope00015 wrote:The hardest song is Dreams of our Fathers---I can't imagine ANYBODY being able to write words to go with that guitar part, except...well...Dave. the Stone would be second--its tricky but just takes a lot of practice with the rythym, as do so many of his songs.

I think once you get your EAR for music down enough, and you have practices a good while, that you can pick up ALMOST anything and sing and play...most every new song I get now, I can sing right off the bat...or for some harder ones, from practice...It is just getting that fluency and that EAR!
